Sara Milne Rowe
Author
Sara Milne Rowe is one of the UK’s leading Performance Coaches, working with CEOs, senior leaders and teams, often in high challenge situations so they can stay strong, keep learning and deliver their best.
She nudges her clients to deliberately choose, use and adapt high-performance practices in order to maximise their own performance and be better for others.
Sara founded her award-winning company, Coaching Impact, in 2008 and works with a variety of organisations including Creative & Media, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Legal and Education. She supports female entrepreneurs, fast track start-ups, not-for-profit organisations throughout the UK and across the world.
Before all this, she was a leader in two challenging inner-city schools. She still has a passion for education and has started partnering with schools, supporting Yr 11 girls to build the most useful performance practices to lead themselves better under pressure, conserve their energy and achieve the results they want.
After giving a Coaching Impact workshop to an executive team at Penguin Books, Sara was chased down the corridor by one of the participants – the MD of one of Penguin’s imprints – who stated that ‘this stuff needs to be in a book so everyone can access it.’
The SHED Method (published in Jan 2018) introduces the mind management framework that Coaching Impact uses to help clients make better energy choices and be their best, when it matters most. Most recently she was one of 10 experts to contribute to the audiobook, The Here and Now, released by Penguin during lockdown on developing habits for positive change in uncertain times.
